Just like the iconic album by AC/DC, this black IPA screams to be heard….LOUDLY!!! Simcoe, Northern Brewer, Amarillo Gold (that’s Amarillo, not Acapulco…) and Cascade hops are just the right combination to “turn it up to 11”!!!

The King is still the King and this Trappist Ale is a fitting tribute to Elvis at his finest!! It is my pleasure to combine Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, Hallertau Blanc, and Saaz hp[s w/ a subtle Belgian Wit Yeast for a very refreshing, not too heavy, not too flowery experience….enjoy!!

Think MTV early days and Peter Gabriel domonation of the airwaves for this special brew. Take the Hawkeye Gallagher grain bil and add traditional IPA hops - Centennial and Cascade, then dry hop w/ a generopus amount of Citra finshed on Keviek Voss yeast and voila!
